Mortgage Masters Queensland was established to provide Australians with a premium home loan and personal loan service and makes the whole process easy. Operating in the Sunshine Coast and Townsville, we offer reliable home loan and personal loan brokerage services to our clients.

After becoming a homeowner Paul Menti (Mortgage Masters Queensland Director) realised the amount of time, effort and confusion that accompanied getting a home loan. It was overwhelming. There was far too much information to gather and it all became too confusing. Essentially you could easily end up in the wrong loan and pay thousands and thousands of dollars more than you had to. It was upon these realisations coupled with a true belief in property as a pathway to wealth that Paul decided to undertake the home loan broker and personal loan broker training he needed to help others in the Sunshine Coast and Townsville.

Mortgage Masters Queensland is a trading name of (Mortgage Masters (Sunshine Coast) Pty Ltd and hold an Australian Credit Licence – ACL 393882. We have been operating since August 2003 and are considered a Premier Mortgage Brokerage in our regions.

Paul Menti had resided on the Sunshine Coast for over 25 years before making the move to North Queensland. After becoming a homeowner Paul realised the amount of time, effort and confusion that accompanied get a home loan was overwhelming. He also realised that unless you were addicted to getting the best deal and a spreadsheet and excel genius (like him) you could very easily end up with the wrong loan and pay thousands and thousands of dollars more than you should. It was upon these realisations coupled with a true belief in property as a pathway to wealth that Paul decided to undertake the home loan broker and personal loan broker training he needed to help others in Sunshine Coast.

Within 12 months Paul was qualified home & personal loan broker, ready to go and help people in Sunshine Coast realise their dreams! And this is when Mortgage Masters Queensland was born…. That was 17 years, 1300 loans and 700 clients ago…. Paul holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management FNS50310 and has extensive experience in property, asset and commercial finance. He has trained and qualified through all lender accreditations including MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia), and is accredited with over 30 lenders. Paul now lives in Townsville with his wife, but regularly returns to the Sunshine Coast to visit family, friends and clients who need face to face communication.
